Alegria

Alegria is a Copenhagen-based consultancy specialising in leadership development, team development, and talent programmes — with clients including Novo Nordisk, Kræftens Bekæmpelse, and Skat. The company's name is Spanish for joy, and its philosophy is equally straightforward: lasting professional development is driven by happiness at work. For them, I built a WordPress site from scratch — theme, layout, and visual identity — working primarily through the "design in browser" method, shaping the design directly in the browser rather than in a design tool. The result is a fluid one-page experience with clear sections guiding visitors from philosophy and team to services and contact.
