From initial UX strategy and product scoping to detailed UI and design systems, I led the entire design lifecycle across all modules. The focus was on usability, scalability, and white-label capability. I worked closely with distributed teams in Denmark, North Macedonia, and India to ensure brand consistency, pixel-perfect delivery, and compliance with financial industry standards.
