Classic marketing discipline within the financial sector. The customer journey is mapped and the various touchpoints optimised. Ekspres Bank thus wanted a redesign of their landing page. With 3 simple steps, the repayments on a desired loan could be calculated. Nets' Betalingsservice wanted a straightforward entry point to the bank portal, and shortly afterwards a redesign of Nets' supplier service followed as well.
