The difference between teaching and telling is activity: people remember what they've done themselves. So we build courses around actions – decisions, cases, simulations – rather than pages to be read to the end.
Structure does the rest: short modules with one learning goal each, visible progress, and summaries that consolidate before the next layer goes on.
