Most AI features don't fail on the model – they fail on the experience. A chat window with an LLM behind it is not an AI product. An AI product is a flow where the technology disappears into the decision, simplifies the complex and gives the user an overview they didn't have before.
We design that experience: when AI helps, when it stays out of the way, how it communicates uncertainty, and how the user stays in control. Prompt design, guardrails and fallbacks are part of the design, not an afterthought.
